The goal is to extend product life by replicating discontinued or hard-to-source components, with a focus on vintage parts that are no longer in production and cannot be referenced online. Through reverse engineering and additive manufacturing, we create reliable replacement parts that restore function and reduce waste.
It is important to note that while 3D printing technology has become far more efficient and accessible over the last decade, custom fabrication is still relatively expensive compared to mass-produced products. If an item is already available for purchase online, especially through sites like Amazon or eBay, it will usually be significantly cheaper than having it custom made.
Most simple parts start around $30 CAD, but complex projects can run significantly higher.

As component complexity increases so does cost. Especially for parts with functional features such as snap clips, press fits, or interdependent tolerances.

Upload photos of the part you need reproduced and provide a brief description of its function, dimensions (if known), and the environment it operates in. If possible, include a photo of the part installed in its normal location or place of operation, as this can help with identification and design requirements.
Receive a quote or estimated price range based on the information provided.
If needed, arrange to drop off the original part for measurement, scanning, reverse engineering, or test fitting. Most reproduction projects are completed within 1–4 days.
You'll be notified when the part is ready for pickup.
