Did you know that 70 to 90 percent of manufactured plastic ends up in landfills? Every broken plastic part tossed in the trash adds to a growing global problem. But it does not have to be that way.
By choosing to repair instead of replace, you are not just saving a product. You are reducing the demand for new plastic, cutting down on manufacturing waste, and making a real impact. It might seem like a small step, but every fix keeps plastic out of the landfill and moves us one step closer to a cleaner and more sustainable world.
I offer a plastic repair and custom fabrication service that brings broken or outdated parts back to life. Using tools like 3D scanning, precise measuring, digital modeling, and 3D printing, I create accurate replacements tailored to each need. Whether it is a one-of-a-kind piece or a discontinued component, I focus on restoring function and extending the life of plastic items with the right materials and techniques.
You broke it (oops...but hey, it happens).

I work with a variety of plastics like ABS, PLA, PETG, TPU, and more, and I select the best repair method based on the material, type of damage, or desired improvements. The most time-consuming part of the process is transferring the part into the computer. This can involve 3D scanning, flatbed scanning, detailed photography, and painstaking measurements all to capture the most precise dimensions and ensure a perfect fit.
No two broken parts are the same—so pricing isn’t either. Complexity plays a bigger role than size. A small, precise piece with threads or tight fitment can take more time than a large, simple shape.
Most of the cost goes into measuring and redesigning the part. The actual 3D printing is usually just 10 to 15 percent of the total.
For a quote, send a photo and a quick description of what the part does. That helps me understand what’s needed and give you an accurate estimate.
